How it works

Announcement-based

We track sales and leases that were publicly reported in the last seven days: press releases, broker newsrooms, local and trade press. No deed or assessor databases.

A source link on every deal

Each deal page credits the publisher and links to the original. Facts we cannot confirm from the source are marked “Not disclosed”, never guessed.

What we leave out

Listings, rumors and proposals. Pending deals are labeled Pending. Read the full methodology.

Frequently asked questions

What is DealRevue?

DealRevue is a free directory of publicly announced commercial real estate sales and leases, organized by metro, sub-market and asset class. Today it tracks 753 deals across 28 US metros.

Where do the deals come from?

From public announcements: press releases, broker newsrooms, local business journals and trade press. Every deal links to the original source, and we have linked 105 different sources so far.

How often is it updated?

Weekly. Each metro page leads with the most recent week (Monday to Sunday) and keeps earlier weeks in an archive.

Why is a price, buyer or size missing?

Many deals are announced without full terms. We only publish what the source states and mark the rest as Not disclosed. Prices per SF or per unit are calculated only when both numbers are reported.

Is it free? Do I need an account?

It is free and open. No account is needed to browse, filter or open any deal. The weekly email is optional.
