The directory tracks 1,189 publicly announced sales and leases across 28 US metros. Each metro page leads with the latest week and keeps earlier weeks in an archive. Every deal has its own page that credits the publisher and links to the original report.
From public announcements: press releases, broker newsrooms, local business journals and trade press. We do not copy listing sites, and we do not fetch pages from CoStar, LoopNet or Crexi. Facts a source does not state are shown as “Not disclosed”, never guessed. See the full list of sources and the methodology.
Listings, rumors and proposals. Pending deals are labeled Pending. Coverage is not complete: paywalled publications limit what we can read, and some deals are never announced.
