Glen Harbor Blvd. in Glendale, Arizona, to Ozzies, Inc., a specialized construction equipment company. The 10.5-year lease, which includes two 5-year renewal options, represents a significant long-term commitment to the property and the growing Glendale industrial market. Situated on 7.67 acres, the property combines manufacturing, warehouse and office space with a 2.33-acre outdoor storage yard. TWR completed improvements to the parking and storage yard, along with select building upgrades, to enhance the property's functionality and versatility. Special thanks to Patrick J.
