🚨 Just Sold 👀 5730 Wise Ave in St. Louis has sold. Happy to have represented Swinter Group on the sale of this 7,720 SF warehouse with a great outside storage yard, three minutes to both 40 and 44. Its always bittersweet when a business has outgrown their facility, especially when its where they started and grew the business. I watched as the seller carry his last few items out, including a stuffed animal from his daughter, who is now studying to be an attorney in grad school.
