SOLD: Manchester Highlands North Shopping Center | Manchester, Missouri Pace Properties is pleased to announce the successful off-market sale of Manchester Highlands North Shopping Center to Peak Equities of Kansas City. Manchester Highlands North is a 12,466 SF strip retail center shadow-anchored by Costco and a Walmart Supercenter, located at the high-traffic intersection of Highway 141 and Manchester Road in Manchester, Missouri. Pace Properties originally developed the center in 2009, and it was held by the same ownership group ever since. That made this a rare opportunity for a new investor to enter one of West County’s most established retail corridors. Congratulations to Carl Day, CCIM, Vice President of Investment Services at Pace Properties, for successfully facilitating this transaction and delivering outstanding results for our client.
