Publicly reported US commercial real estate sales and leases by metro: date reported, metro, deal type, property type, property, size and price where reported, the parties, the source publication and link, and the deal’s page on DealRevue. The published snapshot has 1,189 deals (776 sales and 413 leases) in 28 metros, reported from July 13 to October 16, 2026. It is refreshed weekly in the same spirit as this site; the dataset records linked above are the versions that carry a DOI.
From public sources, with a link on every row. Facts only: parties, price and size are recorded as published. Blank means not reported; nothing is estimated. Some sources are paywalled, so coverage is partial and skews toward deals with free press coverage. It is not a complete census of market activity and is not investment advice. See the methodology.
